How to Make Gujarati Dal?

1. Firstly take 400ml Water in a bowl, add Golers Daal Mix in it and stir gently.

2. In a bowl and add one tbsp oil and heat it. then add 1/2 spoon of red chilli powder, 1/2 asafoetida and add Daal Mixture.

3. Heat on medium flames for 7 - 10 minutes till boils. add green coriander, curry leaves and serve.

ગુજરાતી દાળ કેવી રીતે બનાવવો?

૧. સૌપ્રથમ એક બાઉલમાં ૪૦૦ મિલી પાણી લો, તેમાં ગોલર્સ દાળ ઉમેરો અને ધીમે ધીમે હલાવો.

૨ એક બાઉલમાં એક ચમચી તેલ ઉમેરો અને ગરમ કરો. પછી ૧/૨ ચમચી લાલ મરચું પાવડર, ૧/૨ હિંગ ઉમેરો અને દાળનું મિશ્રણ ઉમેરો.

૩. મધ્યમ તાપ પર ૭-૧૦ મિનિટ સુધી ઉકળે ત્યાં સુધી ગરમ કરો. લીલા ધાણા, કઢી પત્તા ઉમેરો અને પીરસો.

गुजराती दाल कैसे बनाएं?

१. सबसे पहले एक कटोरे में 400 मिलीलीटर पानी लें, इसमें गोलर्स दाल मिक्स डालें और धीरे-धीरे हिलाएं।

२. एक कटोरे में एक बड़ा चम्मच तेल डालें और इसे गर्म करें। फिर 1/2 चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर, 1/2 हींग डालें और दाल मिश्रण डालें।

३. मध्यम आंच पर 7 - 10 मिनट तक उबाल आने तक गर्म करें। हरा धनिया, करी पत्ता डालें और परोसें।
