At Golers customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review the terms below carefully before initiating a return or exchange.
Returns
We offer a 1-2 day return policy only on eligible non-perishable items. Requests for return must be made within 1-2 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).
- Perishable food items are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@gollers.in. If your request is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with return instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Or you received the wrong item
Kindly contact us within 24 hours at info@gollers.in with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to replace a product, please initiate a return (if eligible), and once accepted, you may place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You’ll be notified of approval or rejection via email.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Refunds will be credited within 7 business days of approval, subject to bank or payment provider timelines.
