How to make White Dhokla or Idadda ?

1. Take Golers Dhokla / Idli Mix in a bowl, add 400ml water, ginger-chilli paste according to taste and stir themixture gently for 2 minute. Let this mixture rest for 5 minutes. (Note: Don't add ginger-chilli paste in Idli mixture)

2. Dhokla: Stir gently again for half a minute and pour the mixture in a big greased plate, sprinkle black pepper powder on top and steam in a pre-heated steam cookerfor 10 minutes on high flame.

3. Idli: Stir gently again for half a minute and pour the mixture in a big greased idli molds. Now place the molds in pre-heated steam cooker and steam for 10 minutes on high flame.

4. Allow the Dhokla / Idli to cool for 5 minutes.

5. Dhokla tempering with oil, mustard seeds, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves. Garnish with butter / cheese, finely chopped coriander, sev overthe Dhokla and serve.

6. Serve the IdliS with sambar and coconut chutney.
