How to Make Golers Gulab ?

1. Take Golers Gulab Jamun Mix in a bowl add 100ml warm milk in parts and make dough. Add 1 spoon of ghee or oil and knead gently. let it rest for 15 minutes.

2. Take 600 grams (3 cups) of sugar, add 750 ml (3 cups) of water and boil it for 10 to 12 minutes. (Saffron, Rose water, Cardamom, Cinnamon can be added.)

3. Knead the Gulab Jamun dough again. Now apply ghee or oil on both the palms and make small round Gulab Jamuns. (make gulab jamun without cracks).

4. Deep fry in ghee or oil on medium to low heat until golden brown. Stir continuously while frying. Now keep aside for cool down.

5. After 7 minutes (after cooling) soak the fried Gulab Jamun in sugar syrup for 1 hour, Golers Gulab Jamuns are ready.
