How to Make Cold Cocoa?

1. Take Gollers falooda mix add Iltr. Milk and bring it to boil on medium flame.

2. Boil the mixture for 12-15 minutes, while stirring continuously till it becomes creamy.

3. Let it cool. Refrigerate to chill (Do not deep freeze).

4. Enjoy as is or add Dry fruits & Ice cream.

કોલ્ડ કોકો કેવી રીતે બનાવવો?

૧. ગોલર્સ ફાલુદા મિક્સ લો, તેમાં દૂધ ઉમેરો અને તેને મધ્યમ તાપ પર ઉકાળો.

૨. મિશ્રણને ૧૨-૧૫ મિનિટ સુધી ઉકાળો, સતત હલાવતા રહો જ્યાં સુધી તે ક્રીમી ન થાય.

૩. તેને ઠંડુ થવા દો. ઠંડુ થવા માટે રેફ્રિજરેટરમાં રાખો (ડીપ ફ્રીઝ ન કરો).

૪. જેમ છે તેમ આનંદ માણો અથવા ડ્રાયફ્રુટ્સ અને આઈસ્ક્રીમ ઉમેરો.

1. गोलर्स फालूदा मिक्स लें, उसमें इलायची दूध डालें और मध्यम आंच पर उबालें।

2. मिश्रण को 12-15 मिनट तक उबालें, जब तक यह क्रीमी न हो जाए, तब तक लगातार हिलाते रहें।

3. इसे ठंडा होने दें। ठंडा करने के लिए फ्रिज में रखें (डीप फ़्रीज़ न करें)।

4. ऐसे ही आनंद लें या सूखे मेवे और आइसक्रीम डालें।
